Andy Cooper's Euro Top 8

A brilliant band full of top line individual musicians all of whom can perform solo with originality and fire but who in ensemble fit together excitingly but with discipline. All the band’s members are worthy of mention - Andy Cooper on clarinet, John Barnes on almost all the reeds, Ian Bateman on trombone, Mike Cotton - trumpet and harmonica, Pasqual Michaux on piano and occasional tenor sax, Peter ‘Banjo’ Meyer - banjo and guitar, Nick Millward - drums and Tucker Finlayson on bass. This band can play great polished jazz but is also a crowd-pleaser - rabble-rouser even - when that’s called for.
